Company Description RXI Care India builds RXI, an AI co-pilot designed for homeopathic practitioners to streamline documentation during consultations. The platform listens as doctors speak with patients, drafts structured case notes, prescriptions, and summaries, and always requires physician review and approval before anything is recorded. RXI also offers a complete clinical operating system, including appointment scheduling, e-prescriptions, patient records, and billing, tailored to India’s regulatory setting such as the DPDP Act and ABDM. Backed by over 30 years of homeopathic clinical practice and 15 years of clinic software development, RXI Care India is co-founded by a practicing homeopathic physician. The company is based in Chandigarh, India and is currently onboarding a founding cohort of practitioners in and around the region.
Role Description The Healthcare SaaS Sales Executive will focus on driving adoption of RXI’s AI co-pilot and clinical OS among homeopathic and other healthcare practitioners. This full-time, on-site role in Chandigarh,



India involves identifying prospective clients, conducting product demos, managing the sales pipeline, and closing new accounts. The role includes understanding customer requirements, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clinics. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with product and customer success teams to relay feedback, support implementation, and contribute to revenue growth. Regular field visits, follow-ups with leads, and participation in industry events or webinars will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in IT or SaaS sales, preferably in healthcare, clinic software, or medical technology.
• Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations, explain technical concepts
