About the role
This is a full-time, on-site strategy & founder's office role based in Mumbai. You will work closely with the founding team on strategic planning, market and competitive analysis, and key decisions across our defence and drone technology initiatives. We are hiring for the long term. The first 6 months are a probation period,
after which strong performers are confirmed with a revised salary and a explicit growth path, including promotions.
What you'll do
• Support strategic planning and prepare strategic reports and dashboards
• Evaluate new business opportunities and support go-to-market and partnership strategies
• Prepare fundraising and investor communication materials
• Drive cross-functional projects and coordinate with engineering, operations and business teams to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare executive presentations and maintain project documentation
• Support defence expos, demonstrations and field trials, and travel with the leadership team when needed.
• Contribute to long-term roadmap and policy discussions relevant to the defence and aerospace ecosystem
