Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Trainer to train interns & experienced engineers , on AI tools, large language models (LLMs), and agentic AI workflows. The ideal candidate should be Anthropic Claude certified, & have hands-on experience with Claude AI and enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct training sessions on generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Lead project teams.
• Train teams on Claude AI, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Develop AI training materials, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.




• Guide teams on AI adoption and real-world business applications.

Requirements
• Claude certification, or equivalent. (this is a must)
• Around 5 years of experience in AI, technical training, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic AI.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow automation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
