Aliens Tattoo isn’t just building a brand. We’re building a language for one of India’s most distinctive culture-led brands.
We have 16 studios, a growing tattoo school, a franchise business, and a community of artists and creators. In three years, we want 100 studios and a globally recognised tattoo and art brand. A brand that big needs a voice that never goes soft.
Copy at Aliens isn’t about filling space. It’s about creating desire, shaping culture, and making a first-timer feel that a tattoo is the most honest thing they’ll ever wear.
We’re looking for a Copywriter who thinks in ideas first and words second, and knows that what you leave unsaid matters as much as what you write.
This is not a role for someone who writes whatever the brief says. It’s for someone who wants to define how a category-defining brand sounds.
What You’ll Own
• Campaign lines and big ideas
• Brand language and tone as we scale from 16 to 100 studios
• Ad copy,
headlines, CTAs, and microcopy that work for both brand and performance
• Social-first storytelling and select long-form narratives
• Copy for the tattoo school, franchise, and city launches
• Consistency of language across every touchpoint
Who You Are
• 5+ years of copywriting in a creative agency or solid in-house brand team
• Experience on campaign-led brand work in fast-paced, idea-driven environments
• Excellent command of language, with a sharp sense of rhythm, tone, and emotional nuance
• Range to write lines that are bold one day and barely whispered the next
• Curious about culture, art, psychology, and people
• Confident but open to feedback, and able to explain exactly why a line works
