Role Description The Loss Prevention Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for safeguarding company assets across retail locations and warehouses. This role oversees loss prevention programs, monitors compliance with security procedures,



and analyzes shrinkage data to identify trends and root causes. The Loss Prevention Manager conducts store audits, coordinates investigations related to theft, fraud, and policy violations, and collaborates with store management to implement corrective measures. Responsibilities include developing and updating security protocols, training staff on loss prevention best practices, and partnering with operations and inventory teams to strengthen controls. The role also requires preparing regular reports for leadership, coordinating with external security providers when needed, and supporting a safe, secure workplace for customers and team members.
