About Green Angan
Green Angan is making plant care simpler for urban households through gardening services, plant-care visits, and greener living solutions. We're building our operations team to deliver a reliable, high-quality experience for every customer.

The Role
We're looking for a proactive, organised individual to coordinate our day-to-day ground operations, support our existing gardening team, and ensure customers receive timely and dependable service.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules, customer appointments, and field visits for our existing gardeners.
- Track bookings, service requests, completed visits, and pending tasks.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and address routine service concerns.
- Monitor service quality and collect customer feedback.
- Coordinate with field staff to resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain records using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and other digital tools.
- Identify process improvements to make our operations more efficient.
- Support the expansion of Green Angan's services across Gurugram.





What We're Looking For
- Robust organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to solve practical problems.
- Comfort with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
- Willingness to travel locally for field coordination when required.
- Experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or field coordination is an advantage.
