The Role: What You’ll Actually Be Doing
We aren't looking for human script-readers or aggressive spammers. We want someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, finding out what makes them tick, and turning casual chats into commercial wins.
As our Sales Associate, you will:
* Turn "Hellos" into Handshakes: Initiate engaging, high-energy conversations with potential clients across platforms.
* Be the Brand’s First Impression: Introduce prospects to the Marketing Misfit philosophy with charm, clarity, and zero corporate jargon.
* Spot the Chance: Listen actively to client pain points and connect the dots on how our team can solve them.
* Keep the Pipeline Alive: Follow up with leads, manage client touchpoints, and keep track of incoming opportunities (without losing your sense of humor).
* Collaborate with the Creatives: Work closely with our marketing and strategy teams to align client expectations with killer creative output.
