Role Description The Head of Sales Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading the sales and marketing function for the group’s residential projects. This role oversees the development and execution of sales strategies, marketing campaigns,



and brand positioning to drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth. Daily activities include managing and mentoring the sales and marketing teams, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing processes for better customer engagement and retention. The position involves close collaboration with senior leadership, project, and customer service teams to align sales plans with project timelines, pricing, and market insights. The Head of Sales Marketing will also maintain key client relationships, represent the brand at events and meetings, and ensure consistent, data-driven decision-making across sales and marketing initiatives.
