• About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to join our product development team as a UI/UX Designer & Product Business Analyst – Fresher.

This is a cross-functional role that combines UI/UX design, business process understanding, client interaction, requirement gathering, project coordination, and quality validation.

You will work on understanding client business processes, demonstrating GwayERP capabilities, gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into functional workflows and UI/UX designs, coordinating with developers, and working with the QA team to ensure the delivered functionality meets the agreed requirements.





You will also learn to compare existing ERP features with client expectations, identify gaps, distinguish standard functionality from customization requirements, and communicate the proposed solution to clients.

At Gway Tech Solutions, we follow a structured 3D development approach: Design, Develop, and Deploy. The design phase establishes the business workflows, requirements, and wireframes before development begins.

This role requires someone who can think beyond screen design and understand how an ERP product supports an entire business operation.

You will receive guidance from experienced team members while gradually developing the skills required to manage assigned requirements and coordinate activities throughout the project lifecycle.
