In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and recruiting colleagues to understand business priorities, develop effective hiring strategies, and attract talent for one of Microsoft’s key customer-facing businesses. You will combine recruiting expertise, talent-market insights, data,
and strong candidate engagement to deliver hiring outcomes and an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams.
