Role Description The Project Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, supporting end-to-end coordination of custom manufacturing projects. This role includes tracking project timelines, updating internal systems, and assisting in communication between customers, design teams, and production units. The Project Assistant helps prepare basic documentation, organizes project files, and supports the monitoring of manufacturing progress against customer expectations. Daily tasks also involve scheduling,



follow-ups with suppliers and logistics partners, and supporting quality and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of completed parts. The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and consistent on-site collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including experience in task tracking, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Proficiency in basic documentation, data entry, and use of office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with manufacturing, design, logistics, and customer support teams.
