About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Customer Support Intern to assist users of our consultation-based application. The candidate will help users with app-related queries, consultation bookings, payments, wallet issues, and other customer concerns while ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries through chat, calls, WhatsApp, and other support channels.
• Assist users with consultation bookings, connecting with consultants, and session-related issues.
• Resolve basic payment, recharge, wallet, and refund-related queries.
• Help users navigate the application and understand its features.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to resolve customer issues.




• Follow up with users to ensure their concerns are resolved.
• Maintain customer records and update query status regularly.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.

Requirements• Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Friendly attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Willingness to learn and handle customer queries patiently.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
