Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Chennai. The Sales Staff member will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable laptops, desktops, and related products from leading brands. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, preparing and closing sales orders, processing billing,



and coordinating with the service and inventory teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining product displays, updating basic product knowledge, achieving individual and store sales targets, and assisting with promotional activities and campaigns. The Sales Staff will provide professional, courteous support to all customers and contribute to a positive store workplace.
Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with diverse customers and build long-term relationships.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including upselling, cross-selling, and closing transactions in a retail or electronics environment.
• Basic IT hardware and product knowledge, with the ability to learn specifications and explain features of laptops, desktops, and accessories.
• Communication and presentation skills in English and local languages (such as Tamil), with
