Since 2010, Futran has delivered Data & AI, Cloud, Automation and Application Development services to enterprise clients. This role will support paid lead generation for Futran and its group of product-based and service-based companies.
THE ROLE
Futran Solutions is seeking a Paid Ads & Demand Generation Specialist to plan, execute and scale paid acquisition programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TIKTOK and Meta Ads. The role is accountable for generating qualified B2B leads and measurable sales pipeline for both product (SaaS)



and service businesses across North America and APAC. The specialist will own the complete paid acquisition cycle, including audience data, campaign strategy, creative, conversion tracking and pipeline reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

3. Meta A and TIK TOK ds (TIKTOK, Facebook and Instagram)
• Run lead generation and retargeting campaigns through Meta Ads Manager using Instant Forms with qualifying questions and dedicated landing pages for high-value offers.
• Build audiences from first-party data, including CRM-based Custom Audiences, lookalikes seeded from best-fit customers and website/engagement retargeting.
• Implement the Meta Pixel with Conversions API (CAPI) and send CRM lead stages back to Meta to improve lead quality through conversion-lead optimization.
