Role Description The Holiday Sales Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves assisting travel partners with holiday package inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to support successful bookings. The Holiday Sales Support team member will handle customer communications via phone, email, and chat, provide accurate information about destinations and packages, and ensure timely resolution of queries.



Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to update product information, maintaining detailed records of interactions and sales activities, and supporting travel agents in using DMCBuddy.in tools effectively. The role also requires monitoring customer feedback, identifying opportunities to improve service quality, and contributing to sales targets through proactive support.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain travel products effectively.
