Role Overview
• Manage the complete guest journey, from welcoming and seating guests to ensuring attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Handle reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and table allocations while maintaining efficient guest flow across all four floors of The Frame.
• Present menus, explain dishes and beverage offerings, and provide informed recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar teams.




• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely order delivery, efficient table turnover, and seamless dining operations.
• Anticipate guest needs, accommodate special requests, and address enquiries or service concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Communicate dietary requirements, guest preferences, and special instructions to the relevant teams to ensure personalised service.
• Ensure tables are appropriately set and guest areas remain organised, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain high standards of service etiquette, personal grooming, and guest engagement in accordance with restaurant SOPs.
• Collaborate with the Front-of-House team to uphold service consistency and deliver a refined, welcoming, and memorable dining experience.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in guest services, guest relations, or Front-of-House operations, preferably within a premium restaurant
