We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer who can take ownership of features across the frontend, backend and database layers and help us deliver reliable, production-ready software.
About the Role
You will build and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js.
You will work closely with our project managers, designers and engineering team to develop new features, integrate external services, improve existing applications and resolve technical issues across multiple client and product projects.
We value developers who understand business requirements, write maintainable code,



communicate clearly and can independently take a feature from implementation through testing and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Frontend Development — React.js
• Build responsive and interactive web applications using React.js.
• Develop reusable components, dashboards, forms, tables and complex business workflows.
• Implement designs with attention to usability, responsiveness, accessibility and performance.
• Manage application state, routing, form validation and API integration.
• Debug frontend issues and optimise application performance.
• Work with contemporary JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.

2. Backend Development — Node.js & Express.js
• Develop REST APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement business logic, authentication, authorisation and role-based access control.
• Build secure, maintainable and well-structured backend applications.
• Integrate third-party API
