Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and expanding the company’s client base. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, build and maintain relationships with prospects, deliver presentations and proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Daily activities include managing the sales pipeline,



following up on inquiries, negotiating terms, and providing regular reports on business development activities and performance. The role also involves collaborating with account management and technical teams to align client needs with ByteQuest Softwares’ solutions and services.
Qualifications
• Robust skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
• Solid understanding of Business development processes and basic sales principles.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with prospects, presenting solutions, and negotiating agreements.
• Experience in Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and supporting client retention.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Comfort working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations
