Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify potential clients, conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, and clearly communicate Interiology’s value proposition to interior designers, architects, and business stakeholders. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead nurturing and proposal support to deal closure and handover to the client success team.



The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track performance against targets, and collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and conversion. The individual will also gather market feedback, build long-term relationships, and represent Interiology professionally at client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in B2B sales, client relationship management, and consultative selling, preferably in services or design-related industries.
• Ability to identify and qualify leads, conduct effective sales presentations, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
• Strong communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional client interaction.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, basic sales reporting tools, and common office software to track pipelines and performance.
