We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer – Electrical to maintain and improve the reliability of electrical systems across the refinery. The successful candidate will ensure uninterrupted operation of power distribution systems and plant electrical equipment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain HT/LT electrical distribution systems.
• Maintain transformers, switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, motors, and electrical protection systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize plant downtime.
• Coordinate electrical shutdowns and commissioning activities.
• Monitor power quality and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory electrical safety regulations.
• Maintain electrical drawings and maintenance records.
• Support installation of new equipment and plant expansion projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with HT/LT systems, motors, VFDs, transformers, UPS, DG sets, and power distribution.
• Knowledge of electrical protection relays and motor control systems.
• Familiarity with SAP PM or CMMS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Electrical Supervisor License (preferred).
