Role Description The Technical Sales Manager – Recovered Carbon Black (rCB) will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships for ETERNAL Carbon Black and related products. This full-time, in office role is based in Noida and involves engaging with industrial customers in rubber, plastics, coatings,



and related sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, developing technical proposals, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes providing technical support during trials, coordinating with production and R&D; teams on customer requirements, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-sales service. The Technical Sales Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support pricing strategies and product development initiatives.
