Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with educational institutions, corporate clients, cultural organizations, and event partners,



as well as nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. The Sales Manager will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching tailored video production solutions to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, collaborating with the production team to align proposals with delivery capabilities, and tracking performance against sales targets. The role also involves market research, participation in industry events, and the continuous refinement of sales strategies to support sustainable revenue growth.
Qualifications
