Brahma Rishi Homes LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Handle project billing, measurements, and verification of quantities.
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor project expenses.
• Review construction drawings and specifications for quantity estimation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams.
• Support cost control and ensure efficient utilization of project resources.





Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and construction estimation.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, billing, and quantity take-offs.
• Ability to interpret civil engineering drawings.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and effective coordination skills.
