The OpportunityWe are expanding our recruitment team across Chennai, Mumbai and Pune and are looking for experienced, technology-savvy recruitment professionals who understand how Artificial Intelligence is transforming talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, offer management and onboarding.
• Specialise in technical recruitment, particularly Oracle Cloud, ERP, HCM, Finance, IT, Data, AI and related technologies.
• Use AI-powered recruitment tools for candidate sourcing, CV screening, shortlisting, interview preparation and candidate assessments.
• Understand and apply AI-assisted interview techniques, structured assessments and candidate evaluation methods.
• Work closely with technical hiring managers to understand requirements, ass
