Role Description:
This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for a Nutritionist – Customer Support Executive. The role involves responding to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social platforms, providing clear, science-based guidance on product usage, nutrition,



and supplement benefits. The Nutritionist – Customer Support Executive will assist customers with order-related issues, troubleshoot basic technical or product concerns, and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience. The role includes maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by actively listening, offering empathetic support, and documenting interactions in support systems. The team member will collaborate with nutrition experts, marketing, and operations to relay customer feedback, contribute to educational content, and continuously improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:
