About the RoleWe’re looking for a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business performance analysis. You’ll turn financial data into clear insights that help management make decisions on costs, profitability and growth.
This role suits someone with strong Excel skills and experience in FP&A;, management reporting, commercial finance or financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities• Prepare monthly management reports covering revenue, expenses, margins and cash flow.
• Build and maintain financial models, budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Analyse actual performance against budgets and explain key variances.
• Assess profitability across clients, projects and business activities.
• Develop dashboards to track financial and operational KPIs.
• Model scenarios for hiring, pricing, investment and business growth.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.




• Present findings clearly to management and coordinate with accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, business finance or management reporting.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions and financial modelling.
• Understanding of profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow.
• Ability to interpret financial data and explain what is driving business performance.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and independent working skills.

Preferred Qualifications• MBA Finance, CA Inter, qualified CA, CMA or progress towards CFA.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other reporting tools.
• Exposure to international businesses or multiple currencies.
