• 10-12 years of relevant experience with Oracle ERP & Fusion Cloud, in implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (mandatory) + HCM modules (highly preferred)
• Positive understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, workflows, integrations, APIs, and reporting tools.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion configuration, testing, data migration, and issue resolution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in government or public-sector implementations is an advantage.
