The SEO Outreach Specialist will be responsible for acquiring high-quality backlinks using multiple link-building strategies, including paid outreach, ABC link exchanges, guest posting, partnerships, and other white-hat SEO techniques. You will collaborate with the SEO and content teams to improve domain authority, increase search rankings, and drive organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
• Perform paid outreach campaigns to secure placements on authoritative websites.
• Identify and execute ABC link exchanges and strategic backlink partnerships.
• Research and identify relevant websites, blogs, publishers, and influencers for link opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with webmasters, bloggers, agencies, and publishers.
• Negotiate paid placements, sponsored posts, guest posts, and collaboration opportunities.
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles and replicate high-value link opportunities.
• Monitor backlink profiles to ensure link quality and remove toxic or low-quality links.




• Track and report outreach and link-building performance metrics (placements, response rates, DR/DA, traffic, etc.).
• Work closely with content teams to align guest posts and outreach content with SEO strategy.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and link-building techniques.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO link building / backlink outreach, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of white-hat link-building strategies and SEO principles.
• Experience with paid backlinks, guest posting, and ABC link exchange strategies.
• Proven track record of securing high-authority backlinks.
• Robust communication, outreach, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, Hunter.io, Pitchbox, or similar outreach tools.
• Solid knowledge of backlink metrics such as Domain Authority (DA), Domain R
