We are looking for a energetic, creative, and results-driven Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing with strong expertise in performance marketing, digital media buying, MarTech, content strategy, and data analytics to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, store footfall, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising & Media Buying
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Snapchat, Spotify, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Manage media planning, programmatic buying, audience targeting, budgets, and campaign performance.

Performance Marketing
• Drive search, display, video, audio, remarketing, and hyperlocal campaigns, focusing on reach, conversions, ROI, and offline store visits.

Content & Creative Strategy
• Contribute to campaign ideation, digital content planning, creative briefs,



and platform-specific communication strategies.

MarTech & Automation
• Work with marketing automation, CRM, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, chatbots, customer segmentation, AI-enabled tools, and platform integrations.

Data Analytics & Reporting
• Analyse campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Excel.
• Develop dashboards, management reports, and actionable insights, including campaign attribution and sales uplift analysis.

SEO & Website Management
• Oversee SEO initiatives, website updates, landing pages, microsites, UX optimisation, and conversion tracking.

Online Reputation Management
• Monitor online reviews, brand mentions, and customer sentiment, coordinating timely responses and issue resolution.

Stakeholder Coordination
• Collaborate with regional teams, creative agencies, media partners, and technology vendors to ensure effective campaign execution, budget utilisation, and brand consistency.
