About Flatscanner
Finding a room in Bangalore is a mess. You scroll through hundreds of group posts, chase brokers, comment "interested" and never hear back, and get no help judging whether a place is worth it.

Flatscanner.ai is changing that. We're building an AI agent that understands what someone is looking for (budget, area, commute, lifestyle), finds rooms that fit, and analyses each one before they visit. We're early, small and moving fast, and you'll work directly with the founder.

The role
We already have people coming to us looking for rooms. Your mission is the other side: bringing people who have rooms and need flatmates onto Flatscanner.
We're not giving you a checklist. You'll own a explicit goal and the freedom to decide how to reach it, whether that's online, on the ground, or both. What matters is results and what you learn along the way.

You'll be a great fit if you
• Are comfortable starting conversations with strangers on WhatsApp, Instagram or in person
• Like owning a number and finding creative ways to hit it
• Are organised, follow up, and don't need to be told what to do next
• Have grown a community, page, event or group before (a bonus, not a must)
