Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer (L8)
The Role
Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions, owning technical direction and guiding a team of developers.
What You’ll Do
• Architect and build HRSD solutions: case management, employee center, onboarding and lifecycle events
• Develop custom applications using Flow Designer, UI Builder, Workspace and Service Portal
• Integrate HRSD with HRIS and enterprise systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP) via REST/SOAP APIs
• Lead technical design, code reviews and best practices
• Partner with business and HR stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Mentor developers and support delivery planning

What You Bring
• 12+ years in IT,



8+ years on ServiceNow
• Deep HRSD expertise: Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events
• Solid in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub and UI Builder
• Experience leading teams and delivering end-to-end implementations
• Solid grasp of ACLs, data security and instance governance

Added Advantage
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HR certifications
• Exposure to ITSM, HRSD and enterprise workflow integration
• Experience in Agile delivery
