We are looking to build a robust enterprise sales function that can create meaningful client relationships, identify high-value business opportunities and convert them into long-term technology engagements.
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Enterprise Sales Manager who can own the B2B sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
You will identify businesses that need technology solutions, engage decision-makers, conduct discovery meetings, understand their business challenges and work with our technical team to develop appropriate solutions and proposals.




This role requires consultative selling. You must be comfortable discussing business processes and technology at a high level, presenting value propositions to senior stakeholders and managing deals involving multiple decision-makers.
We are looking for someone who can build a repeatable sales pipeline and generate revenue—not simply pass leads to the founder.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Prospecting & Pipeline Development
• Identify and target mid-market companies, enterprises and growing businesses that need custom technology solutions.
• Build targeted prospect lists across relevant industries and business functions.
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, referrals, networking and industry events.
• Develop relationships with business owners, founders, CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, operations heads and digital transformation leaders.
• Build a qualified pipeline of software
