In India, we operate under the brand Seek International Education Agent (SIEA) and support a diverse student population seeking overseas study opportunities.

IEA HUB has fully operational offices in Adelaide, Mumbai and Dhaka, and a new office opening soon in Chennai, so our regional footprint is growing quickly. We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take full ownership of our Mumbai branch and drive its next stage of growth.

Role Description

The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at our Mumbai branch. We want someone who takes ownership. You will be accountable for the branch's results, lead the team from the front, and put in place the structure and reporting that keep everyone on track.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Ownership & Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring and motivating a team of counsellors,



telecallers and front-desk staff. You will own the branch's day-to-day performance and set the standard for the team.
• Reporting Structure & Accountability: Setting up a transparent reporting structure for all team members, with defined roles, responsibilities and reporting lines, and holding each person accountable for their work and outcomes.
• KPI Tracking & Performance Management: Setting individual KPIs for each team member, such as leads handled, conversions, applications lodged and enrolments. You will track progress regularly, coach anyone who falls behind, and raise performance concerns with senior management early.
• Monthly Branch Reporting: Reporting to management each month on branch performance against targets, including whether the branch is on track, the key risks, and the action plan to close any gaps.
• Local Institution Tie-ups & Lead Generation: Building tie-ups with universities,
