Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Bengaluru East. The Telesales Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls to educate potential customers on NoBroker’s services, understand their property requirements, and convert leads into successful sales.



Daily activities include explaining service features and pricing, addressing customer queries, following up on leads, and updating call and sales information in internal systems. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The Telesales Executive is expected to work within defined processes while suggesting improvements that enhance customer experience and conversion rates.
Qualifications
