At Stingray Robotix, we’re developing underwater robotic systems for marine applications, and we’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team
? What you’ll work on:
• Design mechanical components and assemblies for underwater robots using SolidWorks.
• Create 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and manufacturing-ready designs.
• Assist with prototyping, 3D printing, assembly, manufacturing and fabrication.
• Work on mechanical enclosures, mounting systems, and structural components for underwater applications.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate, test, and improve robotic systems.
?️ What we’re looking for:
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks for 3D modelling and assemblies.
• A hands-on attitude and an interest in mechanical design, prototyping, and robotics.
⭐ Bonus points if you have experience with:
• ANSYS Fluent (CFD simulations)
• ANSYS Maxwell (electromagnetic simulations)
• 3D printing, CNC machining, or fabrication
• Robotics, fluid mechanics, or underwater systems
