Role Description This is a full time, in office HoReCa Sales role based in Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi NCR. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, and catering (HoReCa) clients, as well as managing relationships with existing accounts. The individual will conduct regular client visits, present product offerings, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely order follow-ups to meet sales targets.



The role also includes coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure product availability and quality, gathering market feedback, and supporting client training or product demonstrations when required. The HoReCa Sales professional is expected to maintain accurate sales reports and contribute to the overall growth strategy for the region.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with HoReCa clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client needs, resolve issues promptly, and support long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals within the HoReCa segment.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support account planning, performance tracking, and client or team product training.
• Relevant experience in HoReCa or foodservice sales, preferably in seafood or FMC
