Role Description
Myaar Globus is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and scale its India operations.
This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving student recruitment growth, building high-performing sales and counselling teams,



developing strategic partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue outcomes. We are looking for someone to hit the ground and start churning partnerships and generating revenue.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capability, deep understanding of the international education industry, existing partnership network and the ability to build structured, process-driven sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
• Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with organisational growth objectives
• Drive student recruitment targets across global university pathways
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities

Team Management
• Build, mentor, and manage the sales and counselling team
• Drive performance culture with ethical counselling standards
• Develop structured KPIs, reporting systems, and accountability frameworks
