Role Description The Apprentice – HR role is a temporary, on-site position based in Aurangabad. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting in onboarding and induction processes,



and helping coordinate training and development activities. The apprentice will aid in implementing HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and providing administrative support for performance management and attendance tracking. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with documentation related to employee benefits, compliance, and safety standards, as well as collaborating with HR team members on continuous improvement projects.
