Role Description The Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial activities, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, preparing invoices, and handling accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities include assisting with monthly and annual closing, preparing financial statements and management reports,



and reconciling bank and vendor accounts. The role also involves monitoring budgets, supporting audits, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations, and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders. The Accountant is expected to maintain accurate records, improve financial processes, and support management in financial decision-making.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in core accounting principles, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
• Proficiency with accounting and ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar), MS Excel, and basic data analysis tools.
