We help brands connect with their target audiences through strategic influencer marketing campaigns, creator partnerships, and performance-driven content.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our brand partnerships, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities• Brand Acquisition: Identify and acquire new brands, agencies, and potential clients for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Lead Generation: Research brands across industries such as fitness, beauty, fashion, FMCG, technology, lifestyle, and consumer products.
• Client Outreach: Connect with brand managers, influencer marketing managers, marketing heads, and decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other professional channels.
• Business Development: Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Client Meetings:



Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their marketing objectives and campaign requirements.
• Pitching & Proposals: Prepare and present influencer marketing proposals, creator recommendations, campaign strategies, and commercial quotations.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate commercials, finalize campaign terms, and close profitable business deals.
• Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing professionals to generate repeat business.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, deal status, and revenue using the company's CRM or Google Sheets.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
