We're hiring: Associate, CEO's Office ⚡

At Magron, we're building India's next-generation EV two-wheelers, with design, engineering and our MIVA AI platform all developed in-house. As we grow, we're looking for a sharp, driven person to work directly with the CEO and own one of our most important functions: investor outreach and relations.

This is not a back-office role. You'll be the first point of contact for many of the people who will shape Magron's future.

What you'll own:

→ Investor outreach, end to end. Take full ownership of our investor database and run personalised cold email campaigns, follow-ups and response tracking.
→ Pipeline management. Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM showing where every investor conversation stands, and report progress to the CEO every week.
→ Investor relations. Draft regular investor updates, keep the pitch deck and data room current, and answer information requests quickly and accurately.
→ Meetings and calendar. Schedule investor calls and in-person meetings, prepare briefing notes beforehand, and own follow-ups afterwards.
→ Research.



Profile funds, angels and strategic partners: their thesis, portfolio and decision-makers, so every outreach is well targeted.
→ Representing Magron. Attend startup events, investor meetings, and industry gatherings with or on behalf of the CEO, and build lasting relationships.
→ CEO's office support. Drive special projects, prepare presentations and documents, and coordinate across teams to keep priorities moving forward.

Who we're looking for:

✔ Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role: CEO's office, founder's office, investor relations, business development or a startup/VC workplace
✔ Excellent written and spoken communication. Your emails get replies.
✔ Strong presentation skills and comfort in front of senior people
✔ Outgoing, confident and genuinely enjoy meeting people
✔ Highly organised, with tenacious follow-through. Nothing falls through the cracks.
