Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Advisor - NBFC Partnerships to build and scale our lending partnerships with NBFCs and banks. The role owns the full lifecycle, from lender identification to structuring, credit approval, go-live, and scale-up of committed limits.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prioritise NBFC and bank partners whose risk appetite, cost of funds, and existing fintech partnerships fit a secured, asset-backed consumer book
• Open doors to business heads, credit and risk committees, and treasury teams, and convert those relationships into signed partnerships




• Structure and negotiate partnership constructs: co-lending, lending service provider (LSP) arrangements, wholesale credit lines, and risk-sharing including default loss guarantees (DLG)
• Build the lender pitch and diligence pack: credit policy, collateral and LTV framework, portfolio data, and answers to typical credit committee objections
• Coordinate across partner teams (business, credit, risk, legal, compliance, treasury, tech) to move from term sheet to approval, integration, and first disbursal
• Align credit policy and partnership terms with RBI norms on digital lending, co-lending, and DLG
• Advise on the long-term lending architecture as the book scales, from a single NBFC partner to multiple lenders and large co-lending programs
• Track pipeline, approvals, and committed limits, and ensure partnership milestones are met on time
