Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist cum Video Editor will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and paid advertising to promote Qubinaire’s training programs. This role includes creating and editing video content for marketing campaigns, course promotions, learner testimonials, and brand storytelling, ensuring consistent visual and messaging standards. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and training teams to develop content calendars,



optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, and maintain brand guidelines. Daily tasks will involve video production and post-production, designing graphics and motion graphics assets, and analyzing campaign data to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics for polished, engaging content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphics design for social media posts, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
