Market Entry & Office Setup
• Develop and execute a market entry strategy for India in partnership with regional leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and business practices.

Business Development & Growth
• Identify new business opportunities in the non-semiconductor sector and strategic partnerships to drive revenue.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, achieving targets aligned to business maturity and market conditions.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients and partners.
• Performance will be measured against pipeline creation and conversion targets, to be jointly finalized based on actual market data, team structure, and pipeline visibility once operational.





Leadership & Team Building
• Facilitate seamless integration of employees deployed from other locations with local operations and global standards.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing local sales team to support business objectives and drive market success.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and structured performance management, fostering skilled growth and accountability across sales team members.
