Role Description The Founder role at Global Synctex Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The Founder will be responsible for defining the company vision and strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving growth across product lines such as performance fabrics, uniforms, and sustainable textiles.



This role includes building and managing key client relationships, leading business development and private label partnerships, and guiding product innovation and quality standards. The Founder will supervise core functions including sales, marketing, production, and finance, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands. The position also involves establishing organizational culture, hiring and mentoring team members, and maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
