Role Description The D2C Growth Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata, responsible for driving direct-to-consumer growth across digital and offline channels. This role involves analyzing performance data, optimizing customer acquisition and retention campaigns, and managing end-to-end growth initiatives for ONEAT’s online store and D2C touchpoints. The D2C Growth Manager will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to plan and execute growth experiments, improve funnel conversion, and enhance customer lifetime value. Day-to-day tasks include setting and tracking KPIs, overseeing promotional activities,
coordinating with external partners, and ensuring a seamless brand experience for customers.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics tools to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including experience with D2C or e-commerce growth, upselling, and customer conversion strategies.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor growth experiments and campaigns.
• Experience with digital marketing, performance marketing, and CRM tools is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to work with D2C brands or consumer products, preferably in food or FMCG sectors.
