Vackadoo is looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and manage client relationships from start to finish. The role involves handling every stage of project execution, from client communication and planning to ideation, coordination, documentation, and final delivery.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, manage multiple clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure that every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities• Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage discussions, understand requirements, share updates, and handle feedback.
• Planning & Coordination: Coordinate with creative, production, and other internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ideation & Strategy: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, suggest creative concepts, develop project ideas, and identify opportunities to improve deliverables.




• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project briefs, meeting notes, timelines, task trackers, client feedback, and other essential documentation.
• Execution & Follow-ups: Track progress at every stage, follow up with team members, identify bottlenecks, and ensure that all deliverables meet deadlines.
• Quality Control: Review deliverables, incorporate client feedback, and ensure that the final output aligns with project objectives.
• Problem-solving: Proactively identify challenges, manage changing requirements, and find practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take responsibility for projects from initial discussions and planning to execution, revisions, and final delivery.
