We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer – Salesforce with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, DevOps, CI/CD, and Production Support. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Copado, SonarQube, release management, and Salesforce platform maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Salesforce Administration, configuration, user management, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work extensively with Copado and SonarQube for deployment automation and code quality.
• Handle Salesforce deployments, release management, and setting management.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, incident management, and issue resolution.
• Monitor platform performance and ensure system stability.




• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Mandatory Skills
• 6–8 years of relevant Salesforce experience.
• Strong Salesforce Administration and platform support experience.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD.
• Practical knowledge of Copado and SonarQube.
• Experience in production support, troubleshooting, and release management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, and environment management.

Candidate Requirements
• Must be currently located in Bangalore or Mangalore.
• Must be available for face-to-face interviews.
• Comfortable working from 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
• Strong focus on Salesforce Administration and DevOps rather than pure Salesforce development.

Note: Pure Salesforce Developers without strong Administration, DevOps, and Support experience will not be considered.
