Role Description The Sales Leader role at Windamere Projects is a full time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for driving sales of architectural systems and aluminum windows, doors, and railings by identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and meeting revenue targets. Daily activities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, conducting product presentations and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations,



and negotiating terms to close deals. The Sales Leader will oversee and guide the sales team, set performance goals, and coordinate training and mentoring to ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions. The role also involves collaborating with operations and installation teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, maintaining detailed sales reports and forecasts, and continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
