Role Description The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring activities to support the talent needs of Make My Campaign. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Bengaluru Area involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently and effectively. The specialist will plan and execute recruitment strategies,



maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings, conducting initial assessments, scheduling and facilitating interviews, managing offer processes, and supporting onboarding in collaboration with HR and team leads. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, adhering to non-discriminatory hiring practices, and providing input on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
